Concierge

Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Concierge to join our team at a high end residence in Knightsbridge.

Youll be situated in a multifunctional building offering 17 luxurious residential apartments 2 floors of office working space and 8 streetfacing retail units. Situated in a magnificent and prestigious part of Belgravia surrounded by iconic places like Harrods the Mandarin Oriental and Hyde Park. The building has 3 different entrances with their respective receptions and one loading bay entrance located at the rear of the building next to the control room. 

As a Concierge you will primarily: Manage contractors access to the building; welcome visitors; facilitate access of house staff into the resident apartments; report to help and assist the building manager. 
You have the chance to take ownership of the concierge desk by managing and facilitating all concierge requests receive deliveries manage security and access controls as well as administration duties when required. 

You will also be helping the client team and multiple residents within the building and a vast array of adhoc tasks. 

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week Shifts from 8am5pm 12 pm 9 pm

Salary: 28000

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a 5star environment as well as a comprehensive knowledge of London.

A proud and impeccable appearance is always required.
