Job Description
We are looking for a Product Lead to join our new Consumer Pricing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and shape a brandnew team from the ground up.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development of a centralized pricing tooling and building an experimentation framework to enable scalable testing and optimization of different pricing strategies. This is a highvisibility role that will require expertise in building complex datadriven services and tooling as well as the ability to drive innovation in user experience and marketplace optimization in a regulatorycompliant manner.
As a Product Lead you will work with a crossfunctional team of incredibly talented engineering design product and analytics humans in a highvisibility role. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for your team. This involves leading multiple projects and crossteam product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle partnering with business and operations stakeholders as well as understanding our endusers better than anyone.
Qualifications :
You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds but ideally you have
Plenty of experience in product management preferably in the field of datadriven products. Experience in pricing services and tooling recommender systems or similar algorithmically heavy domains is a big plus.
Expertise in how to work with and coach crossfunctional teams including designers data experts and engineers.
Desire to be in a highownership role. You need to be comfortable with both getting your hands dirty as well as driving crossteam projects outside of your main domain.
A mixture of data analysis skills engineering understanding design sensitivity and business savviness with the gogetter attitude of a (humble) couldbe startup CEO.
Be confident in filling a highvisibility role that requires excellent stakeholder management skills the lights are on you.
