Job Description
We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Storefront team in the New Business group. The New Business group builds and scales new product areas and services at Wolt. In the past weve launched products like the popular Wolt Drive our logistics service that anyone can use to get their orders delivered. Today thousands of restaurants and ecommerce merchants use Wolt Drive to deliver to their customers in 30 minutes.
Storefront is our newest product. Its currently in pilot in select markets but we want to grow it to become the next big thing at Wolt. We have already signed large international companies to use Storefront as their ecommerce solution. Your job is to take full ownership of the product and take it to the next level. This role is a great opportunity to build a product and business from the ground up.
As the Product Lead for Storefront you will work with a crossfunctional team of incredibly talented engineers designers product people and analysts in a highvisibility role. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for your team. This involves leading multiple projects and crossteam product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle partnering with business and operations stakeholders as well as understanding our endusers better than anyone.
Qualifications :
You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds but ideally you have
Proven experience in technology Product Management preferably in ecommerce B2B SaaS or platform products
Experience working in a global environment with central and local functions and complex interdependencies
An eye for what a great user experience looks like and the ability to coach the engineering team to build it
A mixture of data analysis skills engineering understanding and business savvy with the gogetter attitude of a couldbe startup CEO
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel to Japan 34 times per year our Storefront engineering team is located in Tokyo
