Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients and basic dishes as per menu specifications.
- Cooking Support: Help senior chefs in cooking and plating dishes.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations utensils and equipment.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels ensuring timely replenishment of ingredients.
- Quality Control: Follow recipes portion control and presentation standards to maintain consistency.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Skills Required:
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent training.
- Previous kitchen experience as a Commis 3 or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in food preparation.
