We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy & Security Litigation Counsel to join one of our prestigious clients Atlanta office. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful legal matters in a collaborative and innovative environment as part of their national Privacy Litigation team.

In this position you will:

• Manage all phases of privacy litigation including pleadings discovery motion practice and trial preparation.
• Draft highquality legal documents including complaints briefs motions and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis related to federal state and international privacy laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in hearings mediations and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and crossfunctional legal teams to develop effective litigation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this Data Privacy & Security Litigation Counsel role is a skilled legal professional with a passion for privacy and data protection law.

Key attributes of the ideal candidate include:

• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of litigation experience preferably with a focus on privacy litigation.
  • Experience managing case workup depositions discovery and pretrial motions.
• Credentials:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing or eligibility for admission.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills for drafting briefs and appearing in court.
