- Monitor security alerts review and triage security tickets and escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist in investigating and resolving security incidents in collaboration with the IT and service teams.
- Support the implementation of security controls tools and processes across the organisation.
- Provide support across a variety of security products including email security end point web filtering.
- Act as a point of contact for securityrelated inquiries from staff and other departments.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating documentation for security policies procedures and guidelines.
- Assisting with both scheduled and unscheduled security assurance activities to test the effectiveness of security controls (e.g. Internal audits security control testing incident response exercises).
Qualifications :
- Appropriate degree and/or industry qualifications and certifications.
- A foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles tools and best practices.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of security platforms firewalls antivirus software or other security systems is an advantage.
- Suitable experience including at least 1 years in an IT role is a plus but not required.
