Job Description
About the Role
As an Iteration Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our squads product backlog meets
business and tech expectations by applying agile delivery techniques. Youll foster a
collaborative and highperforming team environment driving continuous improvement and a
positive team culture.
What Youll Do
Deliver with Agility: Plan execute and optimise product delivery proactively
managing risks impediments and team flow to keep projects on track.
Facilitate Agile Practices: Implement and facilitate effective agile practices like
Scrum or Kanban. Evaluate current practices propose improvements and
introduce foundational agile concepts.
Promote an Agile Mindset: Encourage continuous learning curiosity and a growth
mindset helping the squad to selforganise and adapt to change.
Build Team Culture: Create an empowering and inclusive environment. Address
misalignments resolve conflicts and inspire a shared purpose.
Partner CrossFunctionally: Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate
best practices ensuring highquality outcomes that deliver value to users.
Mentor and Coach: Help team members grow their skills and agile capabilities
enabling the squad to achieve its full potential.
Qualifications :

Essential qualifications experience & skills
A proven track record working in and around product & development teams to deliver
high quality products and experiences.
A strong background in Agile methodology and delivery
Experience and skills working in a technical environment with the ability to distil
complex business requirements into stories and tasks for team members
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience and skills using and managing Atlassian JIRA
Desirable qualifications experience & skills
Scrum Master training and/or certification
Digital media industry experience Exposure to Video and Ad Tech Stacks: Familiarity
with live streaming technology.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Experience partnering with product engineering and
ad operations teams to align on objectives manage dependencies and streamline the
delivery pipeline.
