If youre looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia we have various permanent and casual opportunities availablefor experienced and qualified Chefs working both Casual and Full Time rosters out of Rockhampton & Townsville regions across our Energy & Resources portfolio of sites within Queensland and NSW.
Who are we looking for
If you have a passion for food thrive in fastpaced environments delivering food to the highest standards have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team we want you! To be successful youll need:
- Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants already residing in Australia seeking Visa sponsorship.
- Trade Certificate Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous experience in masscatering environments (volume cooking).
- A strong understanding of food hygiene safety and cleanliness.
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills including knife skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts.
