Job Description
Were seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join Steve Ritchie Partnership (SRP) a friendly and collaborative architectural team based in Shoreditch (near Aldgate East Tube Station).
Known for its thoughtful approach to design SRP deliver innovative enduring and commercially viable buildings across a range of sectors including: Commercial Masterplanning Mixed Use Residential Office Retail & Industrial. This new opening presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated Part II Architectural Assistant to gain experience on fastmoving projects and contribute to the development of the practice.
As a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 2 years postPart II work experience in the UK youll play an active role in the team bringing a pragmatic enthusiastic attitude to different projects. Expect a collaborative and friendly workplace where youll contribute to realworld projects that emphasise thoughtful design improving everyday spaces while honing your skills in a supportive environment..
Key Requirements: You should be a versatile detailoriented team player with a CV that highlights
- A recognised Part II or equivalent degree qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years postPart II work experience in practice in the UK.
- A wellpresented and concise portfolio showcasing design and practical experience.
- A proactive attitude willing to learn and take responsibility.
- The ability to visualise illustrate and present ideas clearly.
- Practical problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience using Adobe Suite and 3D rendering software (e.g. SketchUp Enscape).
