Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AIFocused Developer with expertise in multiple modal ingestion and inference as well as experience working ondevice mobile applications like OpenAIs Whisper voicetotext tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong problemsolving mindset and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to build impactful solutions.
Our primary focus with AI is to accurately and helpfully answer questions related to hundreds of city documents news updates (posted on the clients resource) events images etc. Additional details about this focus will be provided during the interview process.
About the project: Its a centralized communication platform revolutionizing how municipalities engage with residents. The webbased platform and downloadable app streamline fragmented communication channels by consolidating updates events and interactions into one seamless experience.
IMPORTANT: the ability to overlap with Mountain Standard Time (North America)
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in AI development and web applications.
- Proficient in AI tools and frameworks for modal ingestion and inference.
- Handson experience with OpenAI tools like Whisper voicetotext.
- Familiarity with databasedriven web applications and the MVC pattern.
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and tools.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Focused on providing endusercentric solutions.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- AI Technologies: OpenAI Whisper Langchain/langgraph and AIdriven frameworks.
