Job Description

Immediately required MALE / FEMALE Graduate with 5 6 years of experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • B2B experience only.
  • Sales team handling.
  • Sales target & Lead generation
  • To maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment among employees clients and managers.
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings conferences and project team activities.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All customer facing communication for the region
  • Expanding the sales opportunities within the region by locating new opportunities (product mix & right balance of products maintaining the overall profitability of the Sales done)
  • Penetrating deeper to discover new opportunities
  • Responsible for site financials up to and including budgets forecasting and monthly P&L.
  • Organizes supervises and directs the work of Sales Team.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Relationship management with OEMs.
  • Establishing marketing events that support demand generation and market profile for the company by working with companys marketing team;
  • Recommends and sets departmental goals and objectives deploying company resources to accomplish.
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning and development of annual operating budgets for the business. Meet or exceed an annual sales plan.
  • Provide Management with accurate and timely reports on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis
  • Align with and support other management staff functions in the development and implementation of shortterm and longterm plans to meet business objectives.
  • Be one of several points of contact for all emergency situations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Data analysis.
