Job Title: Technical Support and Development Specialist
Location: Remote (Global)
Salary Range: $2000$2500 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST (Projectbased flexibility as needed)

Position Overview:
The Technical Support and Development Specialist will play a dual role providing IT customer support during offpeak hours and contributing to software development and implementation of innovative solutions. A key focus will be testing and sourcing AIdriven technologies and integrating them into the business to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT support resource during specified hours addressing technical issues and ensuring continuity of operations.
- Develop and customize software solutions based on project needs.
- Evaluate and set up opensource and AIbased tools for company use.
- Test source and implement innovative AI technologies to enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and demo proofofconcept solutions.
- Web Application Development
- Docker Integration: Set up a Docker environment for the web application.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in React WordPress or similar opensource platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking SQL and APIs.
- Experience with AI tools and models with a keen interest in innovation.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proven track record of independent project delivery.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and deployment.
