Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the accreditation center.
- Manage a team of coordinators receptionists and officers.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation processes and protocols.
- Coordinate with the Accreditation senior management to address any issues.
- Provide daily reports on accreditation progress and challenges.
- Assisting coordinators receptionist and officers in all decisions that cannot handle on their own.
- Extensive knowledge of all accreditation system contingency plan emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Check out the daily briefing with the team on any updates.
- Prepare reports for all incidents and submit them to the Saudi Motorsport Accreditation Sr.Manager.
- Handling patron concerns and problems.
- Working with the Ticketing Security and HSE crew to solve any problems related to the patrons.
- Accreditation supervisors are responsible to be fully aware of the venue facility such as zoning subzoning etc
