Job Description: Team Leader
Job title: Case Review Manager
- Will consider part time.
- No intention to have line management responsibility.
It will be imperative that the person has operated at a Team Leader Level or above and has a track record of working within the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 understands casework.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing homelessness cases as a senior officer.
- Responding to statutory reviews of decisions regarding homelessness including suitability of accommodation.
- Responding to complaints.
- Responding to enquiries from Councillors AMs MPs.
