The Commercial Litigation group is an integral part of the firms litigation practice representing clients across a range of industries in complex commercial disputes.

In this position you will:

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation including case workup and trial preparation.
• Draft and review pleadings discovery documents and motions.
• Conduct depositions prepare for hearings and participate in court appearances.
• Handle settlement negotiations and collaborate with clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with a dynamic team of attorneys to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Disputes Associate role is a skilled legal professional with a strong foundation in commercial litigation.

Key attributes of the ideal candidate include:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation with proficiency in handling all aspects of case management including discovery depositions motions and trial preparation.
• Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
• Legal Acumen: Strong knowledge of civil procedure evidentiary rules and complex commercial disputes.
• Research and Drafting: Exceptional legal research and writing skills with a proven ability to draft persuasive pleadings and motions.
• Oral Advocacy: Ability to argue motions conduct depositions and present cases effectively in court.
