Key Responsibilities
- Assign accurate codes to surgical procedures based on documentation.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper coding.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 25 years in surgical coding.
- Certified Medical Coder (CPC CCS or equivalent certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CPT ICD10 and HCPCS coding systems.
