Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Relations Employee who drives on exceeding guests expectations. With your warm and welcoming hospitality heart you treat every guest as a VIP and you can handle complaints like no other.
Your main tasks are:
- Creating authentic luxury moments for our guest;
- Answer and investigate the reviews on all channels;
- Rooming of the guest upon arrival;
- Support Front Office in queue handling during busy checkin / checkout times;
- Preparation room assignment prearrival receiving followup departure postmail and contact person for our VIP guests (full handling as amenities welcoming complaints etc.).
Qualifications :
- A natural drive to get to know people and to exceed expectations;
- Affinity with planning and organizing and strong communication skills;
- Spontaneity flexibility an open attitude and an eye for detail;
- Creativity in the approach towards procedures;
- Drive to always look for ways to improve the hotel services;
- A perfect command of the Dutch and English language a second foreign language is a plus.
