In this role you are expected to collaborate with cross functional teams (Production Process procurement logistics product management Technical services commercial teams and R&D) & supplier (raw material OEM & Tollers other AD plants) to ensure good quality products & services to the customer. This role also required Customer / Supplier complaint management Quality MIS and sound working knowledge of ISO9001:2015 Quality management system.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaboration with cross functional teams
Working with Product management & R&D to ensure that voice of the customer is included during the design of the product.
Working with technical service team to ensure robust product qualification
Working with procurement team to ensure quality of raw materials OEM/Toller supplied products and products supplied by other Avery Dennison facilities
Complaint Handling
Handling of customer complaints in collaboration with technical services and commercial team
Ensuring proper root cause analysis and corrective & prevention action plan for quality complaints raised by customers
Taking up the quality issues with internal and external stakeholders to resolve the same effectively and efficiently
Proactively identifying opportunities for quality improvements and work closely with stakeholders to improve the same
MIS
Release of the Weekly / Monthly quality KPIs
Trending & analysis of key defect trends and giving timely inputs to take corrective/preventive actions
Monitoring progress of quality KPIs against set targets
Other deliverables
Management of laboratory operations (testing calibration AMCs etc)
Support Quality Management systems ISO9001:2015 in terms of document management internal audits and taking actions on the finding with cross functional teams
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
812 years of experience in Quality control / Quality Assurance in manufacturing industry preferably in printing / packaging industry
Strong analytical skills and problem solving aptitude
Strong collaborative skills communication skills and a team player
Hands on experience of Google sheets & slides

Engineering Graduate Preferably in Printing Chemical or Mechanical engineering discipline from reputed institute / University
Preference shall be given to candidates who have Lead auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015
