Job Description
Actively participate in productivity improvement through effective route planning and transportation cost reduction initiatives
Maintain an accurate customer information database
Create daily driver route plans
Provide excellent customer service through organized communication and follow through of customer requests.
Achieve TOMRA Northeast schedule attainment goals through effective route planning and driver dispatching.
Provide troubleshooting and real time solutions to minimize service disruptions/missed pickups in a costeffective manner
Create and maintain accurate record keeping for reporting and analysis purposes
Provide reporting on standard KPIs as required
Create seasonal route plans with local managers based on driver resources available.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in a similar position.
Efficient with database software (roadshow geotab and Power BI)
Efficient with excel and Microsoft word.
Effective verbal and written communication (bilingual Spanish/English a plus)
Ability and willingness to work with other departments and the general public furnishing and obtaining information.
Keen attention to detail and meticulous follow up skills
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
Team player with a positive attitude
