Job Description

  • Prepare and cook highquality dishes in line with the schools menus and standards.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daytoday kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean organized and compliant kitchen environment adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Assist with menu development ensuring variety and seasonal ingredients are incorporated.
  • Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.

Qualifications :

  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification as a minimum level 2 
  • Successful progressive background in catering
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
  • Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
  • Good listening skills
