Job Description
As our next Maintenance Team Member you
- Are responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues guests and visitors.
- Actively seek to contribute to the comfort of guests and visitors
- Undertake and manage various general maintenance tasks including plumbing electricity telecommunications heat carpentry and decorating
- Conduct routine inspection of premises and equipment and handle basic repairs and maintenance requirements.
- Assist in record keeping and keep daily log of repairs and maintenance of assets and equipment
- Take responsibility for identifying areas of improvement within range of operation including risk awareness
By joining us as a Maintenance Team Member at Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge you will become part of our friendly team. Our hotel offers 259 rooms with our own inhouse Foggs bar and restaurant serving food & drink all day. We are located to the heart of the city
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English & knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
