Job Description
ibis Styles Barnsley is looking for two outgoing dependable welcoming Hotel Assistants to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure our guests want to come back time and again. Were adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need a Guest Service Assistants on a casual zerohours basis in return for a competitive salary of 11.44 per hour.
Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list but experience in a customerfacing hospitality job would be a big benefit. We need people who are open welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like the kind of person youd like to meet after a long day of travelling! Youll be checking guests in and out answering questions and supporting them during your stay. A great telephone manner is essential and youll need to be confident using a computer. As were one big team you can also expect to be pulling the odd pint taking some food orders and turning your hand to whatevers needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. You could be working a mix of midweek weekend early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage. As youll be serving alcohol we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
