- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly efficiently and courteously throughout the guest journey
- Being the guests key contact throughout their stay you will conduct checkin checkout luggage assistance phone assistance and provide tourism information
- Promoting and upselling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring all procedures are followed
- Ensuring the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality are maintained throughout the guest stay
- Maintaining strong attention to detail when handling guest accounts processing payments and reconciling your transactions
Qualifications :
- Be a people person you must be warm friendly and able to make genuine connections with our guests
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a passion for hospitality be willing to learn and keen to progress in your career
- Have excellent grooming and pride in presenting yourself well
- Be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings including weekends
- Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised
- Previous experience in a hotel front office position is advantageous but not essential
