Job Description
- Designs develops configures and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
- Delivers new functionality across applications.
- Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers business needs.
- Developing integrations.
- Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of ServiceNow Development experience
- ServiceNow Administration experience.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP/WSDL REST).
- Familiar with LDAP MS Active Directory ADFS.
- Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems.
- Experience in using JavaScript HTML and CSS is a plus.
- English level (B2).
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
