Job Description
The purpose of this position is to lead global Travel and Expense management team at Hyderabad working closely with Process owners. Managing compliance with Travel and Expense policy PCard policy working on all change management projects on Travel Expense and Card programmes.
What you get to do in this role:
- Autonomously supervise and manage teams involved in expense audit processing operations and payments.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for internal escalations navigating through process challenges.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Travel Expense and Card programs collaborating effectively with regional travel managers.
- Proficiently understand and navigate systems such as Workday Bank Integration and Card feed programs.
- Direct the team towards strategic objectives identifying business opportunities and ensuring proactive communication with management.
- Review team tasks identify delays and provide solutions for timely completion.
- Exercise judgment in highlighting risks and opportunities training junior team members and addressing auditors requirements.
- Collaborate with the Global Process Owner manage approvals and understand statutory requirements and legalities.
- Assume responsibility for identifying compliance risks and providing remediation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain uptodate process documentation emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Contribute to ongoing projects by actively participating in testing activities and engaging with individuals across the employee life cycle.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience of at least 12 years in implementing and managing the Travel Expense and Card programs mentioned above
- Demonstrated expertise in process analysis documentation improvement and automation
- Strong computer and data analysis skills using Concur Concur detect (Appzen) Card program reporting requirement
- Strong communication relationshipbuilding influencing persuasion presentation and conflict resolution and business analysis skills
- Consistently demonstrates high integrity combined with good business judgement and strives to identify recommend and select the best overall solution for service now.
- Time sensitive on all deliverables and available to handle seasonal variation in terms of varied functional requirement
- Should have attention to detail with the ability to present/articulate analytical results and facilitate decisionmaking.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience working on Expense system Concur or similar system
- Bachelors degree Is a must. Additional professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
