Job Description
Come to work each day with an inclusive and collaborative business technology team. As a BTS Compliance Manager in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS) youll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company helping to cocreate compliant technological solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better.
In this role youll be responsible for:
- Ensuring adherence with all relevant BTS policies regulations corporate standards system development procedures and practices
- Interpretating and communicating systems compliance requirements regulations procedures across the BTS Commercial functions
- Leading Commercial BTSs data analytics and compliance strategy globally
- Leading compliance activities across multiple projects and client areas
- Partnering with various business stakeholders technology leads external agencies and partners
- Operating as the subject matter expert and point person for Commercial BTS in Europe on compliance topics procedures and initiatives
- Enforcing and advocating secure safe compliant development protocols and supporting the deployment of secure systems and solutions
- Driving continuous process optimization initiatives based on operational performance monitoring audits and leading industry best practices
- Cultivating a team environment that values strategic thinking proactive risk management and continuous learning
- Driving continuous training and awareness sessions to promote understanding and adherence to policies procedures and industry standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required; focus in Computer Science or similar course desired. Masters degree is preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in compliance supplier management quality assurance risk management or related business function
- Experience in supervisory and managerial experience in a Biotechnology Pharmaceutical or medical device organization
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
- Experience leading crossfunctional initiatives and managing senior internal business and functional leaders
- Proven expertise in compliance strategy development risk management and project management
- Strong analytical problemsolving and leadership skills
- Power BI Power Apps or Smartsheet experience is an advantage
