Job Overview:
We are looking for a GermanSpeaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely from Braga. This role involves assisting Germanspeaking customers with inquiries resolving issues and delivering highquality service related to our web services. While prior experience in customer service is preferred full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
- ProblemSolving: Respond to customer inquiries resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Order Assistance: Help customers with placing updating and tracking orders.
- Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers (training provided).
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to solve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to help improve services and products.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday: 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Rotative Shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
Relocation:
- No relocation support is provided. Candidates should already be based in Braga or willing to relocate at their own expense.
Salary Conditions:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day.
- Transport Allowance: Not provided.
