Job Overview:
We are seeking a FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely. This role involves providing highquality support to Frenchspeaking customers addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our web services. While prior customer service experience is preferred we offer full training to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer issues efficiently and with a customerfirst approach.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on company products and services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting support.
- Order Assistance: Help customers with placing updating and tracking orders.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with basic technical queries (training will be provided).
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve more complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Collect feedback and share it with the team to help enhance services and products.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 09:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday: 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Relocation:
- No relocation support is provided. Candidates should be based in Portugal or willing to relocate at their own expense.
Salary Conditions:
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day.
- Transport Allowance: Not provided.
