Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and prioritize all team activities
- Serve as the primary customer contact for resolution management
- Ensure successful new product introductions and monitor S&OP
- Manage customer expectations and pricing activities
- Conduct Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Track trend and report on customer metrics including OnTime Delivery
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and communicate requirements internally
- Drive continuous improvements and ensure build and delivery schedules are met
- Participate in MRB activities to resolve issues quickly
Qualifications
- 4year degree in engineering or business
- Experience within electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or contract manufacturing (CM)
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage customer relationships
- Strong analytical planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching and mentoring abilities
