The Trainee Wealth Manager role is designed for individuals ready to embark on a rewarding career in wealth management beginning with generating activity and creating inbound and outbound leads within the specific areas of financial planning we specialise in. This role is not for the fainthearted and demands unwavering commitment.
Candidates must be prepared for a phonebased role for a minimum of the first two years making at least 100 calls daily and securing at least one booking per day as a nonnegotiable minimum standard. Throughout this role you will gain exposure to various facets of the wealth management industry including investment management paraplanning client servicing and technical advice. Performancebased monthly incentives are available for those who consistently deliver results.
Program Structure
This role begins as a trainee position within a structured 2436 month training program including obtaining UK financial qualifications to prepare you for a financial advisory role in one of our global offices. The program starts with six months of structured training in our UK office followed by relocation to our Dubai office where further mentorship and handson experience will be provided.

Salary and Progression
This is a structured threeyear program with clear milestones and incentives:
Year One: Salary: 24000
Commission: 5% gross commission on; 10% on 100000 (rolling 12 months)
Benefits: Visa and medical provided upon relocation to Dubai.
Year Two: Salary: 26400
Commission: 10% gross commission on 100000 (rolling 12 months)
Benefits: Visa and medical provided in Dubai.
Year Three: Salary: 28800
Commission: 10% gross commission on 100000 (rolling 12 months)
Benefits: Visa and medical provided in Dubai.
Performance Expectations
To succeed candidates must consistently meet these minimum weekly standards:

Targets for Each Stage of the Program:
ThreeMonth UK Training Program:
Target:AUM / 4 new clients
Six Months:
Target:AUM / 6 new clients / 40000 revenue
Year One:
Target:AUM / 16 new clients / 100000 revenue
Year Two:
Target:AUM / 25 new clients / 200000 revenue
Year Three:
Target:AUM / 30 new clients / 250000 revenue
Upon completion of this program successful candidates will transition to a Pathway Financial Planner role a salaried advisory position with comprehensive training for seamless advancement into financial advice.
