Job Description
- Determining hardware and software solutions;
- Resolving technological problems;
- Diagnosis and correction of flaws;
- Resolving network problems;
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software;
- Interviewing clients to swiftly determine the source of their problem;
- Giving customers fast and accurate feedback;
Qualifications :
- Experience in application support;
- Experience and ability to undertake technical analysis and identify impacts (functional/technical);
- Experience working with apps that have several interfaces to other applications;
- Comprehensive understanding of RDBMS principles;
- Knowledge of at least one database (Oracle Sybase SQL Server);
- At least 2 years of experience dealing with Unix and its standard commands;
- Basic understanding of DataStage TX and Java (preferred);
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts;
- English Proficiency;
- French Proficiency (plus).
