Requirements
Necessary Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a highend restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Creative innovative proactive and resourceful.
- Strong team player & result oriented.
Desirable qualifications:
- Have knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation receiving storage and sanitation (HACCP).
- Excellent knowledge on the new trends in the specific job area.
- Professional appearance and behaviour.
- Staff on the job training.
