Job Description
Job Title: Process and Control Automation Engineer
Type: FullTime
Location: Carrollton GA
Overview:
We are seeking a fulltime Process and Control Automation Engineer to join our team in Carrollton GA. This role involves designing maintaining and commissioning automation and control systems for industrial equipment with significant onthefloor involvement alongside technicians. Travel (up to 40% including international) is required.
Responsibilities:
- Design and program PLCs drive systems combustion control systems and SCADA applications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.
- Develop project scopes cost estimates and electrical schematics using AutoCAD.
- Assist with commissioning and training for SCR systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience with PLC systems preferably Allen Bradley or Siemens.
- Expertise in AutoCAD SCADA HMI applications and industrial processing equipment.
- Strong communication organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally (35%)
