Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Lead presales and postsales DevOps activities including proofofconcept projects technical customer onboarding and managing change requests.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders ensuring effective communication with customers sales teams and internal engineering.
- Build and maintain technical relationships with customers to drive satisfaction trust and longterm growth.
- Manage and prioritize technical tasks balancing customer requirements DevOps initiatives and business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps challenges leveraging your expertise to uphold high operational standards.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in roles such as DevOps Solutions Engineering or Technical Project Management.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and infrastructure setups.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python Bash or similar).
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences fostering crossdepartment collaboration.
- Leadership: A proven track record of inspiring confidence among engineers and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in crafting tailored solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of internet topology and the mechanisms behind internet traffic.
- Familiarity with carriergrade network structures and routing protocols.
