Position Details
- Role: HungarianSpeaking Customer Support Specialist
- Industry: Automotive Digital Services
- Language Requirement: Nativelevel Hungarian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Start Dates: 9th January 2025 & 30th January 2025
- Location: Remote (Coimbra to the North of Portugal) with Braga as the project hub
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00 (Weekends Off)
- Contract Type: Permanent with a 3month probation period
What Youll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to users of digital automotive platforms.
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction with tailored solutions.
- Log customer interactions accurately and manage followups for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the customer experience.
What You Bring
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian (English knowledge is advantageous).
- Key Strengths: Strong communication skills a customerfirst attitude problemsolving abilities and adaptability to remote work schedules.
- Experience: Previous customer service call center or related experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 890 EUR gross/month (14 months) totaling 12460 EUR gross annually.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 80 EUR gross/month (12 months) totaling 960 EUR/year.
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per working day.
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month.
- Location Bonus (Braga): 20 EUR/year.
- Health Insurance: Immediate availability (free after six months).
- Annual Package Estimate: Approx. 14848.72 EUR gross/year excluding performance bonuses.
