We are currently seeking a Web Product Implementation Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients across the EMEA region delivering highquality service and managing critical programs.
Role Overview
As a Web Product Implementation Specialist you will be the key point of contact for our clients highprofile and critical programs. You will support EMEAbased clients ensuring that they receive professional timely assistance throughout the implementation of webbased products. Your role will include product guidance training and technical troubleshooting contributing directly to the success of your clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone email chat and video conference to ensure smooth implementation of webbased products.
- Product Implementation: Verify and implement products with clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
- Client Training: Provide expert guidance and training to clients on how to efficiently use the products empowering them to leverage the full potential of the service.
- Exceptional Service Delivery: Maintain the highest standards of customer service ensuring that clients receive timely professional support and their needs are consistently met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and services teams to provide cohesive comprehensive support for clients.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:
- 1298.11 EUR/month (base salary Christmas and Holiday bonuses food allowance included)
- 1040.66 EUR/month (base salary room allowance Christmas and Holiday bonuses food allowance included)

Schedule & Location
- Hours: 40 hours/week 8 hours per day (with 1hour lunch break) Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (rotational shifts)
- Days Off: 2 days off per week (rotational) with shifts scheduled 4 weeks in advance.
- Location: Lisbon City Center (Companyprovided accommodation within 2060 minutes from the office).
Relocation Assistance
- Airport PickUp: Assistance with your arrival and registration in Portugal.
- Accommodation: Stay in fully equipped companyprovided apartments for at least the first 14 months.
- Relocation Support: Comprehensive administrative assistance with settling into your new life in Lisbon.
Training Program
- Duration: 8 weeks (5 weeks of product training 3 weeks of nesting)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day in English with flexible starting times between 08:30h and 09:30h based on your training group.
Additional Information
- Trial Period: 1month trial period applies.
- Contract: Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanent placement.
