Job Description
Our clients company specializes in offering Personal Commercial and Group Benefits Lines of Insurance. Currently they are seeking Benefits Producers for two locations: Phoenix Arizona and Colorado. The role involves generating prospects networking establishing credibility building strong relationships and closing deals in the Mid Market space.
- Generate own prospects and network effectively
- Establish credibility and strong relationships with clients
- Consult on business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Close deals independently
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling Employee/Group Benefits Lines with an independent broker
- Proven track record of success in validating sales in the past
- Ability to bring in referrals with a book of business or a solid business plan
- Experience in the Mid Market space is preferred
