Job Description
As a valuable member of the Ford Performance Centre team you will deliver winning service in a highpaced highvolume environment. You will work under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef to assist in the preparation of various food products.
Contract Length: Until June 30th 2025
- Operate and clean the conveyor dishwashing machines and pot washer in a safe organized and efficient manner.
- Se and thoroughly wash dishes utensils pots and pans and return to the designated area.
- Adhere to WHMIS and MSDS principles to safely handle cleaning supplies and other chemicals.
- Sweep and mop the floor clean counters and shelves and collect and remove recycling and waste.
- Assist in the receiving and storage of incoming product and delivery of supplies to proper areas.
- Empty and clean recycling bins; storage drop off and disposal of recycling bins.
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Perform other cleaning and kitchen duties as required.

- Previous dishwashing experience in a fast passed environment is an asset.
- Must be punctual dependable and flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays as the need arises.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
