Job Description
- Manage and maintain the trade capture system to ensure that all tanks/trucks movements are promptly and accurately reflected
- Manage the inventory system to keep track of oil stocks intank/petrol kiosks tanks
- Process / issue invoices covering sales / purchases
- Time permitting hands on experience on back office / credit / operational matters
- Other admin functions
Qualifications :
- Minimum A Level / Polytechnic Diploma
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply must be willing to learn
- PC literate
- Detailed orientated and meticulous
- Team player
