Altum Health is seeking aCustomer Service Representative (CSR)to support our amazing team of clinicians and administrative professionals at our SITE clinic! As an integral member of Altum Health the CSR performs multiple and individual product/service support activities in adherence to established policies procedures guidelines schedules and formats.
The principal responsibilities include:
- Performing customer service responsibilities
- Assisting with client and product specific coordination and administration responsibilities to ensure individual product lines are operating in an efficient and effective manner
- Providing clerical support services
- Performing other duties consistent with the job classification as required
Qualifications :
- Completion of High School education required
- Completion of Office Administration certificate or diplomapreferred
- One (1) year or more of related experience required
- Previous onthejob word processing and spreadsheet experience required; experience working in a Microsoft Office software environment an asset
- Experience working in a health care environment an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational time management and prioritization skills required
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve clinic/client/customer problems in a diplomatic manner required
- General knowledge of office practices processes and procedures required
- Knowledge of medical terminology an asset
- Ability to deal effectively with difficult clients and conflicting situations required
- Ability to anticipate and tunein to customers unique needs required
- Ability to produce high quality work in accordance with Hospital standards
- Flexibility required to keep pace with an everchanging environment
- Standard First/Aid Basic Rescuer CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (C.P.R.) certification an asset
