Connecting with Business Functions Business Relationship Management team Enterprise Architecture and IT Project teams to facilitate change to achieve the strategic objectives of Rotork recommending appropriate improvements and efficiency gains to business systems and processes also support users to ensure adoption of systems and processes.
Key responsibilities
Delivering the Implementation Project Plans within time scale and quality expectations to the Rotork Factories and Subsidiaries highlighting any risks or issues that may affect the successful delivery of the Project Plan
Ensuring behaviors and actions that promote and provide services to enhance the reputation of RIDEC always.
Assist with and oversee product configuration including imports templates and more.
Train users on capabilities and responsibilities within Dynamics 365.
Provide implementation and post implementation support for global roll out.
Partnering with local stakeholders to gain relevant client sign off on information throughout project work
Expected to meet KPIs in a manner which is consistent with Rotorks core values and behaviours
Provide regular reporting updates including logging against relevant milestones/tasks and Time Sheet reporting to Team Lead Implementation in charge onsite.
Partner with the Senior Business analyst and Key stakeholders to resolve and document missing Internal Rotork Processes.
Partnering with the Team Lead Implementations as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.
Promptly assist with any customer support requests.
Manage regular channels of communication with local stakeholders to set and manage expectations within agreed TAT.
Streamline relevant processes and procedures introducing changes as needed for potential improvements.
Qualifications :
Skills
Understand the Rotork Business Processes and systems
Knowledge of Business Process analysis frameworks methods and toolsets.
Must have cando attitude and highly selfmotivated
Should attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Should have an excellent communication skill
Should be experienced in presentation and reporting
Should be experienced in training the end users / clients in the Business process
Key Qualifications
4 Years of Experience in AX / MS D365
Excellent Analytical skills to see always from Big picture stand point.
Experience in Problem management prioritizations resolution of issues and acceptance of solutions.
Knowledge and experience of manufacturing operations and business processes
Experience with integrated Sales and ERP systems.
The ability to implement feedback learn quickly and contribute new ideas
A general concern for the wellbeing of others and the desire to work on problems
An entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting passion to deliver the best service possible
An ability to work independently within a small fastpaced team
