- Mechanizing of the Department before store opening.
- Responsible for presentation of products according to Plano gram Stock & Shelf Management
- Must follow SOPs
- Keep the track record of expiries of product during & after stock deliveries in coordination with store associates.
- Reduce the shrinkage level in the department up to the desired level.
- Train team members by pointing and discussing their weaknesses and strengths to meet the operational standards.
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and to propose solutions.
- Visit in detail the department and check the following (PSPSPP)
- Perform weekly monthly and annual inventory management to have the right stock for the right customer at the right time and to maximize the ROS.
- Assisting or having an understanding on GAP check report
- Awareness of new market products/technologies eagerness to know more on market customer and products
- Presence on the floor along with good promoting/customer service abilities

Bachelors or Intermediate with 46 years of experience
