Job Description
Technical Skills
Education: Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 59 years in software engineering or as a business analyst in a distributed product development environment.
Experience in Hospitality industry (preferred).
Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban practices;
SAFe certifications are a plus.
Tools & Languages: Proficient in UML JSON JSON API XML XML API XML Schema XSLT and XSD.
Key Skills:
Strong business analysis solution design and technical analysis skills.
Experience writing user stories use cases and conducting requirement workshops.
Ability to handle ambiguity and bring clarity to product features.
Strong negotiation communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to resolve conflicts gain consensus and drive collaboration in crossfunctional teams.
Language: Excellent command of English both written and oral.
