The Funding Manager will drive CADENAs strategic funding initiatives with a focus on the U.S. and international markets. The role requires a dynamic relationshiporiented professional capable of engaging family foundations corporations individual donors and organizing highprofile fundraising events. This leader will play a pivotal role in building longterm financial sustainability for CADENA securing unrestricted funds for emergency responses education programs and operational stability
Studies
Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management Business Administration International Relations or related field.
Masters degree preferred (e.g. International Development Fundraising Social Impact or Business Administration).
Experience
5 years of professional experience in fundraising development or strategic alliances with a proven track record of raising at least $12 million USD annually.
Demonstrated success engaging with family foundations major donors corporate sponsors and organizing highprofile fundraising events.
Strong experience in the U.S. philanthropic landscape including familiarity with invitationonly funding opportunities.
Knowledge of the Jewish philanthropic community considered a significant plus.
