Nuforma Pilates Surrey Quays are looking for positive personable & enthusiastic instructors to join our team as we open our brand new & stateofthe art Reformer Pilates studio in South East London.

We want people who are passionate about helping anybody at any level make tangible progress through our personalised Refomer Pilates offering.

We want a team that makes sure our members feel comfortable confident & that they are truly getting an individualised Pilates experience.

We take great pride in our techdriven offering which enables instructors to simply adjust & advise on form as we take care of the programming & prescriptive member journeys...you get to focus on technique & making sure our members get the most out of their sessions! You will not be required to curate & plan sessions as our master instructors have created a library of over 140 sessions broken down into programmes / progressive series.

We are flexible with work hours & are looking for either parttime (20hrs) or freelancers but can provide regular shifts for those who are seeking more consistent income sick pay & paid annual leave.

With over 100 programs the builtin touchscreen allows members to choose the workout that best suits their goals whenever they want it all supported by our qualified instudio Pilates instructors.

Providing a more bespoke & guided approach to Reformer Pilates with our onscreen individualised programmes & amazing instudio instructors ensures that anybody at any level can train on a Nuforma & make progress monthonmonth.

Depending on a members experience level there is a natural progressive pathway starting with activation and balance through to more challenging toning mobilisation

and strength. We also have focused individual attention programs suitable for specific needs such as mumstobe new mums and athletes.

Key responsibilities:

Being a lovely positive human who wants to be part of a team that cares about its members & community.

Being a confident and everwelcoming face as the first point of contact for members.

Being able to develop positive relationships with both members & other instructors.

Communicating and engaging positively with all your team.

Being confident in providing timely adjustment feedback teaching points and guidance to build upon the Nuforma experience for all Members during and around their visits.

Having the ability to highlight the unique selling points of Nuforma & the key differences which make Nuforma more effective than traditional Reformer Pilates.

Showcasing the value and benefits available to Members via the library of interactive content within the Nuforma Pilates App and on the Nuforma.

Helping to guide a handful of assigned members on their Nuforma journey this will also provide a great opportunity to prescribe 121 Personal Training (& additional income for instructors).

Housekeeping & cleaning to ensure we always maintain a premium customer experience.

Teach organise and publicise group classes local events filming for social media content support as well as creating networking opportunities and distributing marketing materials.

Offering enhanced support where appropriate for Members to ensure their Pilates workout is fully suitable and effective for every session.

Being a beacon of guidance support wellness knowledge and always be on hand to provide added value.

Desirable but not compulsory:

Mat or Reformer Pilates qualification.

Level 2 or above Fitness Qualification.

Personal Training Qualification

Dance Qualification.

You will be mentored throughout your time with us by owner Matt Burton who has over 15years experience in both elite sport & fitness. Matt is an exinternational athlete & performance consultant and has & built his boutique personal training gym (Fitness Space Surrey Quays) into a successful communityfocused business since first opening in 2018.
