Job Title: HR Generalist Pharma Sector
Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within the pharmaceutical sector particularly in bulk hiring for field sales roles. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage endtoend HR functions foster a positive work culture and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding for roles across all levels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct bulk hiring for field sales roles in the pharmaceutical sector (mandatory).
2. HR Operations:
- Oversee HR policies procedures and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
- Handle payroll coordination leave management and statutory compliance.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and implement effective conflict resolution strategies.
- Organize training and development programs to support employee upskilling and career growth.
4. Performance Management:
- Support the annual performance appraisal process including goalsetting and feedback sessions.
- Implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
5. Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws statutory requirements and industryspecific HR standards.
- Prepare for and assist in internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment processes including bulk hiring for field sales roles.
- Handson experience with HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve employee relations issues and handle conflict management.
- Indepth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
