Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
- Manage and guide a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver highquality deliverables on time.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design workflows and create scalable solutions.
- Oversee system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration development and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance resolving issues proactively.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates to the system.
- 7 to 8yrs years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and thirdparty tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Architect) are preferred.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
