Job Description:
- Responsible for Production Planning and Scheduling maintaining the open orders for Production.
- Coordinate with the production and quality team to ensure the production output meets the plan.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources for manufacturing.
- Responsible for analyzing the risks in prior to production. Escalating and mitigating the same.
- Responsible for checking and material availability as per the production plan and after sales demands. Coordinate with Purchase department to ensure the material availability.
- Analyze the ShiftWise Productivity and losses. Coordinate with CFT to mitigate the losses and improve the productivity.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock replenishment in the Production Line WIP.
- To monitor production records and analyze inventory in SAP B1 and MES.
- Production Order analysis and Monthly closing of the orders.
- Coordinating with the Dispatch Team for deliveries as per the customer demand.
- Monitoring the rejections and replenishment of RM into the production line by co ordinating with Quality Production and Store.
- Ensuring the Minimum inventory at Finished Goods level as safety stock as per the standard.
- To work on achieving the department KPI to meet organization goal.

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) Electrical /Electronics / Equivalent

- ISO & IATF Documentation
- Technical Skills: Production Planning and Scheduling Inventory Management and Control Risk Assessment and mitigation ECN MTS MTO.
- Soft Skills: SAP MM / PP SAP B1 MS Excel MS Power Point
