Position Overview:
We are seeking a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to provide topnotch customer service to our clients in the Germanspeaking market. As a Customer Advisor you will handle inbound customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience. The role offers flexibility with hybrid remote working options or the possibility to work onsite in our Athens office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone email and chat in German
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products/services order status billing and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a customerfirst mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and a passion for helping customers
