Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Technology Development:
- Design develop and deploy scalable AIdriven applications and solutions using LLMs (e.g. GPT Claude) to improve user experiences and operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI models seamlessly into existing systems and platforms ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Development and Innovation:
- Build and optimize AI models to solve complex problems and deliver measurable business value.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance current capabilities.
- Prototype and validate AI algorithms to test feasibility and effectiveness before fullscale implementation.
Operational Excellence:
- Follow best practices for software development deployment and maintenance of AI models and systems.
- Ensure robust data pipelines model accuracy and scalability for productionready solutions.
- Monitor and finetune deployed AI models to maintain performance and adapt to changing requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers designers and developers to align AI solutions with project goals.
- Document technical approaches decisions and outcomes to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
- Present insights and results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning applications particularly using LLMs.
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloudbased AI services and architectures (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing model training and evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of AI systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a dynamic collaborative environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B SaaS platforms ideally within construction or supply chain domains.
- Knowledge of BIM integration construction workflows or related technologies.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards for AIpowered platforms.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
